Cinque Terre: The Italian Riviera

Here's a few photos from a day spent exploring in Cinque Terre (“The Five Lands”), a UNESCO world heritage site situated in the Italian region of Liguria in the Italian Riveria. Cinque Terre comprises of the five villages Monterossa al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore - all equally breathtaking!

My experience to this enchanting place was a spontaneous surprise day-trip, and I remember waking up in Florence by Rickie telling me to pack my bags for a little adventure. It was such a sweet gesture of him because he knew that I'd been dreaming about this place forever, so he secretly planned out the whole trip for us! Before I knew it we were hiking from one village to another in what I must say is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been in my life. Watching the sunset in Riomaggiore.. Ah, a moment I'll never forget. So, so magical and I couldn't ask for a better company.
